CARROTS: Current demand exceeds projected supply while lower than average yields caused by cold wet weather has limited availability. Shippers continue to struggle with labor due to COVID.
AVOCADO: We expect to see firm markets continue as the supply of normal crops remains below expectations, particularly on larger sized fruit. Overall demand within Mexico is higher this week due to Lent which is also putting additional pressure on domestic pricing as markets remain firm.
CILANTRO: Volume is going to be light for the foreseeable future.
SPINACH: Good supply for current demand. Overall good quality, size and texture.
