BRUSSELS SPROUTS: Supplies look to be much stronger for the coming week & there should be no issues with fill rates. More sprout volume appears to be coming online in the industry & there is steady downward pressure on the open market price.
CABBAGE: Supplies aren’t quite as tight as they have been but still lighter for the next two to three weeks.
CAULIFLOWER: Good supply for current demand. Quality, sizing & texture look good.
APPLES: The apple market remains firm with rising prices this week as demand remains strong as we move into February.
SQUASH: Zucchini & yellow squash still light this week due to cold weather on the West Coast but should see more volume by late next week.
